Introduction

We are looking for a professionally presented and motivated person to fill this pivotal position. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to succeed in an administration role, be part of a vibrant team and feel supported to do their best each day.

About the role

As an Administration Assistant based in our Beenleigh office, you will be an integral part of a team that delivers high quality client service. This role is full-time, 8:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Key duties
* Managing reception including greeting clients and dealing with phone calls and emails in a professional manner
* Collation of client work and maintenance of various databases
* Scanning, filing and management of correspondence
* Liaison with clients and coworkers in relation to meetings and work
* Providing assistance direct to Partners, Managers and other team members
* Support with ad hoc administration tasks
