Role Description
Higgins Coatings is seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager for an on-site, full-time position located in Cairns. The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, including managing a team, handling budgets, and ensuring the successful execution of projects. Key responsibilities include driving business development, ensuring compliance with WHS standards, managing client relationships, and achieving financial and operational goals. This leadership role requires proactive decision-making, team collaboration, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients.
Qualifications
* Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience in supervising and guiding diverse teams.
* Strong business development and client relationship management capabilities.
* Budget management, contracts admin, project planning, and operational oversight abilities.
* Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
* Experience in the commercial painting, FM or building services industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
