As an Executive Assistant you will be responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to the Director and other team members. This includes overseeing general office management issues, arranging and coordinating calendar appointments and meetings both internal and external as required, formatting reports, presentations and correspondence to a high professional standard and minutes meetings when required and distributing minutes in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills and an eye for detail, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong written English and solid IT skills including advanced MS office skills. A team player with a can-do attitude, ability to meet deadlines, work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks at the same time and adept at building and managing relationships with various stakeholders.
