Talent Acquisition Specialist
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in our organization's talent acquisition strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment projects, developing and maintaining effective talent networks, and providing support to HR activities across multiple brands.
* Recruitment Project Management: Coordinate the development of job descriptions, job postings, and interview schedules. Manage the entire recruitment process from initial application to offer extension.
* Talent Network Development: Establish and maintain relationships with potential candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional associations.
* HR Support: Provide administrative assistance to the HR team, which may include tasks such as processing employee onboarding paperwork, coordinating benefits enrollment, and maintaining accurate personnel records.
