The role
We're on the hunt for the next round of recruits to join the #GhandaGang!
We are actively searching for Store Managers, Visual Merchandisers and Stock Coordinators. Each of our Cluster, Regional and State Managers and Visual Merchandisers began their Ghanda journey on the shop floor, joining us as either a Sales Assistant or Store Manager.
A day in the life
- Deliver the full Ghanda Experience to each customer who visits our store
- Point of sale interaction and till reconciliation
- Maintain a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
- Process stock deliveries and inventory control
About you
- Can‐do attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Solid alignment with our brand and organisational values
- Versatile availability (including all school holidays)
- Own reliable transport
- Retail/hospitality experience desirable but not a deal‐breaker; we value the right attitude over experience
