The role
Create world-class content for leading global brands
Based in Sydney, you'll lead some of our most important client relationships and projects across APAC. As a Client Director, you'll drive high-impact content programs from briefing through to final delivery – ensuring creative excellence, fast turnarounds and seamless production.
Reporting to our Senior Client Director – APAC, you'll play an important role within our Sydney team and collaborate closely with our broader global network. You'll work with leading clients including Meta, TikTok, Google, Pinterest, Kimberly-Clark and P&G, delivering best-practice content built for today's digital platforms.
What you'll do
* Lead large-scale content programs and partnerships, ensuring we deliver impactful work that performs
* Oversee creative and production workflows, managing budgets, timelines and quality to exceed client expectations
* Guide clients in shortlisting creative responses and selecting the right partners to bring ideas to life
* Collaborate with our creator network to elevate creative ideas and execution
* Act as the key point of escalation during production, resolving issues with confidence and clarity
* Develop and facilitate workshops that bring marketers, creators and media partners together
* As a key part of our APAC team (which includes Sydney & Singapore), you'll also collaborate with global colleagues to share insights, surface opportunities and support cross-market success
* Contribute ideas to improve our platform, tools and processes for clients and creators
What you'll bring – minimum
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
* 10+ years' experience in a marketing, creative or production role within an agency, brand or media environment
* Strong understanding of social and digital content best practice across platforms like TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest
What you'll bring – preferred
* Experience working across the APAC region
* Proven ability to deliver results under pressure with a strong client service mindset
* Exceptional problem-solving, communication and people leadership skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
* Fluency in English and another APAC region language
A key role within the business, to lead creative projects, manage client relationships, collaborate with media platforms, and contribute to new business development.
