Full time, permanent Accounts Receivable position available in the south of Hobart

**Your new role**
As an Accounts Receivable Officer, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end accounts receivable process for a portfolio of clients. This will include:
- Customer account queries and payments over the phone
- Daily allocation of customer payments from bank statement
- Processing and monitoring of unallocated payments on a daily basis
- Reconcile click n collect payments
- Monthly advertising rebate report
- Review debtor balances in credit and w/off
- Follow up of overdue accounts as directed by Credit Manager
- Adhoc duties as required by the Credit Manager
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar Accounts Receivable role
- A relevant qualification in accounting, finance or business administration
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
