We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to join our team. As an integral part of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving business targets by actively managing and strategically growing existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
* Identify customer needs and provide tailored product solutions
* Solicit new business opportunities in supermarkets and fruit markets
* Contribute to the development of strategic marketing plans and promotional activities
Accountabilities & Responsibilities
* Business Development:
o Source new customer accounts and deliver exceptional customer service
o Maintain and update knowledge of products and competitors
o Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions
o Foster strong relationships with clients through regular visits and product demonstrations
o Monitor customer performance and collaborate with finance on debt collection initiatives
* Marketing & Promotions:
o Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to launch new products and implement marketing campaigns
o Identify advertising opportunities and participate in promotional events
