Social & Digital Media Coordinator (Part-time) Coffs Harbour 25 hours per week


Axis IQ is seeking a part-time Social & Digital Media Coordinator to coordinate and deliver social media and EDM activity for our clients, and to create content for Axis IQ's own social media accounts.

This role suits someone who is organised, detail-focused, and comfortable managing timelines, approvals, and client communication.

This is an on-site role based in our Coffs Harbour office initially, with the business relocating to Sapphire Beach in 2026. You will work closely with our on-site and off-site team.


About the role


You will work closely with our social media and Meta Ad team members to keep content schedules, campaigns, and client communications running smoothly.


Key responsibilities

* Coordinate social media content schedules for clients based on agreed posting frequencies and campaigns.
* Review social media content to ensure accuracy, compliance, and brand alignment.

Manage client reviews, approvals, and follow-ups.
* Act as the main day-to-day contact for social media clients.
* Create social media content for Axis IQ accounts, including copy, images, basic tiles, basic reels, and stories.
* Build, schedule, and send EDMs for clients and Axis IQ.
* Coordinate Meta ads by briefing the Meta Ads team and checking creative, links, and approvals before launch.
* Prepare monthly client reports and provide basic explanations of results.

Run monthly client meetings and manage follow-up actions.


About you

* Experience in a social media or digital coordination role.
* Strong written communication skills and high attention to detail.
* Confident managing deadlines, approvals, and multiple stakeholders.
* Comfortable working independently in a small, on-site team environment.
* Practical understanding of Meta platforms and EDM tools.
* Organised, reliable, and able to prioritise competing tasks.
* Proficient in using Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, with expertise in Meta Business Suite, Canva (and/or Adobe Creative Suite) for content creation.
* Experience in creating and managing email marketing campaigns.
* Australian permanent residency required.
