As Albury's newest and most popular restaurant, we're looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager for immediate start to lead our restaurant operations and support the team in delivering consistent quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth FOH and BOH coordination
* Maintain customer satisfaction through excellent service and complaint resolution
* Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing team aligned with Gami's culture
* Organise rosters, manage labour cost against KPI
* Maintain inventory control and supplier ordering
* Ensure compliance with RSA, food safety, and allergen management
* Work closely with the franchise support team to uphold operational standards
* Drive sales through strong product knowledge and upselling skills
* Manage staff performance in consultation with the restaurant owner
* Coordinate the recruitment, selection and induction process for all new staff

What We're Looking For
* Minimum 1 year of hospitality supervisory experience
* RSA and Allergen Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
* Experience with POS systems and familiarity with KPI-based operations
* Strong time management, problem-solving, and team-building ability
* Hands-on approach and commitment to high service standards
