Field Supervisor - NBN Projects
Locations: Queensland
Contract Duration: December 2025 - May 2026 (with potential extension)
About the Opportunity
We're seeking experienced Field Supervisors to lead contractor crews working on NBN remediation and complex build activities. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll be the bridge between technical field delivery and project outcomes—making sure every box is ticked for safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Be Doing
* Crew Leadership & Supervision: Coordinate and support field teams delivering complex electrical and telecommunications infrastructure work on NBN projects.
* Project & Resource Management: Manage daily activities, priorities, and resources to meet schedule, cost, and safety targets.
* Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all works comply with relevant standards, safety procedures, and contractual specifications.
* Stakeholder Management: Keep open communication with clients, contractors, and internal project teams—because good updates make good projects.
* Reporting: Maintain accurate records and progress reports within internal systems (including CMMS).
Essential
* 2+ years of supervisory experience in telecommunications (NBN experience is a must)
* Proven track record managing contractors and delivering complex or remediation works
* Strong planning, communication, and time‑management skills
* Current Australian driver's licence
* Police check and medical to be completed prior to start
* Full working rights in Australia
Desirable
* NBN‑enabled qualifications or tickets
* Experience working within Unify Simplex or Complex environments
* Knowledge of WHS, environmental, and quality compliance frameworks
