Finance Administration Officer, Queensland Health
Permanent full time opportunity to provide efficient financial administrative support in a professional and proficient manner to facilitate the delivery of Financial Services within the Metro North Hospital and Health Service.

The role is to be performed in a manner that promotes the provision of quality and timely financial information and advice to the Metro North Hospital and Health Service
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
Provide high level financial administrative support to the Business Manager, or workgroups as directed.
Prepare journals for the finance system and utilise the finance system - S/4 HANA including for payment of invoices, vendor invoice management and purchase requisitions.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of various software programs such as Microsoft Office and similar software as required.
Assist in the efficient and effective completion of assigned tasks within the work area so that the Finance unit's goals may be achieved.
