We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused IT Support Technician to provide technical assistance and support to internal users. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy troubleshooting, helping others, and working in a remote-first environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
* Respond to IT support requests via ticketing systems, email, or chat
* Troubleshoot issues related to operating systems, applications, and connectivity
* Set up, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, and peripherals
* Assist with user account management, access control, and password resets
* Document issues, resolutions, and IT procedures
* Escalate complex issues to senior IT or infrastructure teams when required
Requirements
* 0–2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or related roles/projects
* Basic knowledge of
Windows and/or macOS
operating systems
* Familiarity with common office applications (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace)
* Understanding of basic networking concepts (Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, VPN)
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
* Fluent in English
* Based in Australia with full legal right to work full-time
