About the role
We are seeking a proactive and solutions-focused Property Coordinator to support the end-to-end coordination of routine and cyclical maintenance within a designated housing portfolio. You'll be the vital link between residents, contractors and our property team, ensuring repairs are processed quickly, standards are met and every resident receives exceptional service.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on organisation, communication and problem solving. If you love juggling priorities and take pride in getting things done well, this could be the role for you.
You will:
* Coordinate routine and cyclical property maintenance requests
* Provide friendly customer service to residents, contractors and colleagues
* Issue work orders, manage purchase orders and process invoices on time
* Track job completion and ensure compliance with legislation and policy
* Support contractors with information and escalate issues when required
* Assist with utility accounts, rebates and accurate data entry
* Use property systems and spreadsheets to support reporting and workflow
About you
You're organised, friendly and confident managing multiple tasks at once. You enjoy solving problems, building rapport over the phone, and keeping things moving to get results.
You will bring:
* Experience in administration, property coordination, facilities, customer service or a similar role
* Strong communication skills and confidence handling phone queries
* Ability to work with purchase orders, invoices and record-keeping
* Good Excel skills and an eye for detail
* Ability to balance competing priorities and deliver high quality work
* A positive, team-focused approach and willingness to learn
* Experience in housing, facilities or the community sector is welcome but not essential.
You must agree to undergo any required employment screening, including but not limited to a National Criminal History or Police Check, Working with Children or Vulnerable Persons Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
