About the Opportunity
As the largest global crushing contractor, we have operations across Western Australia – operating in iron ore, lithium and hard rock.
We are seeking expressions of interest from Haul Truck Operators to join our team at Roy Hill. These roles are full‑time positions and can allow you to grow your skill set with on‑site training and the opportunity to develop your career on the tools and as a leader.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the Haul Truck in a safe and efficient manner in line with site specific procedures and priority rules.
- Ensure that all loads are collected and dumped at the correct stockpiles.
- Conduct daily pre‑start checks of the Haul Trucks prior to operating.
- Keep accurate records of material movement and times of loading on the load sheets.
- Utilise positive communications to ensure safe interactions with other traffic on the mine site.
- Report any faults, hazards or incidents through hazard card reporting to your Supervisor.
- General housekeeping of assets.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to carry out work instructions and directives to provide satisfactory outcomes
- Ability to work within a team environment to achieve desired results
- Flexible and versatile attitude
Tickets & Licenses Required:
- Current Australian Driver's License (HR license)
- Nationally Recognised Ticket (desirable)
- Construction Induction Card
- Working at Heights, Confined Space and Gas Testing (desirable)
- Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC)
- Ability to meet pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening requirements.
