We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a motivated Property Accounts Administrator to join our growing Property team.
This role has been created to support the continued expansion of our property portfolio and offers the chance to make the position your own.
You'll be responsible for managing tenant invoicing, rent roll, outgoings reconciliation, and supplier payments while contributing to the development of streamlined property finance processes.
Working closely with the Property Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping how we deliver efficient and accurate financial administration across our property division.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and issue tenant invoices for rent, outgoing, and adjustments.
Monitor and reconcile tenant accounts, including arrears management.
Process and reconcile supplier invoices, ensuring correct property coding.
Annual outgoings reconciliations and property related reporting.
Maintain accurate records of lease charges, insurance and property expenses.
Liaise with tenants, landlords and suppliers to resolve account enquiries.
Run EOM for property P&L entities to ensure rent revenue, outgoings revenue/cost are all accounted for.
Chase outstanding property debtors and prepare aged debtor reports.
Manage the recharge expenses process for properties under management.
About You
Previous experience in accounts payable / receivable or property accounts administration.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers.
Good communication skills and liaising with tenants and suppliers.
Organisational skills to manage multiple deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting / property management software (desirable).
