It serves a key function of the NSW Communities and Justice Sector by providing effective, safe and humane management of offenders both in custody and in the community CSNSW also works in partnership with other government and community agencies to ensure that offenders and their families are supported.About The RoleCorrective Services NSW requires an Assistant Centre Administration Officer to join a vibrant team at the Glen Innes Correctional Centre. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to a Correctional Centre, and your duties and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:Accurate data entryCustomer serviceElectronic filing and archivingGeneral administrative team tasksArrange daily courier services, mail pick-up/delivery, and distributionProcurement, including purchase order creation and receipting as requiredPayment for goods and services with PcardAssist with stores and asset management as requiredLiaise with key internal and external stakeholdersAll miscellaneous tasks as required in accordance with the capabilities of the roleArchivingFleet ManagementAbout YouTo be successful for this role, you will display integrity at all times, and be a true team player with excellent communication and organisational skills. You will maintain confidentiality at all times whilst utilising your proven experience and knowledge to meet the demands of this role effectively.
