Key Responsibilities:
* Drive operational performance, strategic project delivery, commercial growth, and stakeholder engagement
* Accountable for managing and enhancing client relationships to deliver outcomes aligned to expectations, contractual obligations, and strategic initiatives
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to facilitate service delivery
* Represent the organization in external client meetings
Experience:
* 7+ years' experience in client-facing roles, ideally within financial services or related industries
* Proven track record of managing client portfolios and delivering on complex agreements
