Wagga RSL Club, a beloved community hub in Wagga for over 70 years, has an exciting opportunity for a People & Culture Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role:
Our People & Culture Coordinator will play a key role in providing day-to-day support across all areas of the function, including but not limited to:
* Developing and maintaining employee rosters to ensure our Club is adequately staffed, including being the primary point of contact for employees regarding roster changes, shift replacements and availability.
* Assisting with end-to-end recruitment processes, including advertising positions, screening applications, interview scheduling and conducting pre-employment checks.
* Coordination of employee learning and development, including organising and delivering inductions and onboarding, identifying training needs and maintaining training related records.
* Assisting with organising employee engagement activities, recognition programs and wellbeing initiatives.
About You:
* 2-3 years' experience in a similar role, ideally in hospitality, tourism or a member-based organisation.
* Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, or a willingness to undertake relevant training within the first 6-12 months of employment.
* Well developed written and verbal communication skills with a professional, approachable manner.
* A sound understanding of employment conditions and relevant legislation.
