Who we are looking for
We're looking for bright innovative thinkers, with a passion for urban regeneration and design challenges, backed up with a passion for connecting people with place. You are someone who understands that people are at the centre of everything we do.
* 4+ years of experience within the built environment or creative industries like placemaking, urban planning, architecture, or design
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with the ability to transform complex ideas into clear and engaging narratives
* Experience and solid understanding in community engagement, development and/or community activations
* Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
* Skills in data analysis and turning it into actionable insights
* Keen interest in place experience or experience design
For bonus points:
* Strategic or design thinking
* Knowledge of digital innovations and/or AI integration
* Experience in place branding, interpretation and/or storytelling
* Experience in managing consulting projects
