The Role
As the Venue Manager, you will support the General manager in achieving financial targets and managing the day-to-day venue operations, including developing staff in service and sales and managing the newly renovated accommodation.
You will be an excellent communicator and passionate about supporting a team in a fast-paced environment.
You will be an influential and valued leader.
Skills and Attributes Previous experience in a similar venue and role
Licences in gaming, RSA and RSG required
Some Hotel operations exposure
Outstanding people management and prioritising skills
