About the role
To ensure a great customer experience, we need enthusiastic individuals ready to contribute.
As an Inventory Team Member, you'll play a vital role in our operations, handling tasks related to inventory management, pick support, and inbound logistics. You'll work closely with the Inventory Team Manager to ensure smooth product flow and uphold high standards of quality and efficiency.
Key responsibilities :
Inventory Management :
* Perform tasks at dedicated inventory management stations
* Manage product recall, withdrawal, stock purging, quality checks, and customer returns
* Conduct inventory tasks across all temperature-controlled chambers (AMB, CHI, and FZR)
Pick Support :
* Monitor pick and dispatch operations to meet daily targets
* Ensure customer dispatch orders are fulfilled on time
* Identify and resolve issues affecting dispatch efficiency
Inbound Office :
* Manage trailer and purchase order (PO) management
* Handle late deliveries and ensure vehicle turnaround times align with plans
* Monitor and manage temperature data for inbound deliveries and pallet movement
* Perform general administrative duties related to inbound operations
