Cairns Windows & Doors is seeking a Production Detailer to ensure accurate detailing of V6 production quotes and smooth transfer of work orders. This role is vital for timely and cost-effective manufacturing, transport, and installation of aluminium windows and doors across Far North Queensland.

The Role
As Production Detailer, your responsibilities will include:
* Review and update V6 quote details, drawings, and material take-offs for accuracy.
* Run V6 optimisations, confirm items, and manage Oracle transfers.
* Request V6 child quotes and work orders, resolving any errors.
* Collaborate with sales, estimating, and production teams to ensure accurate labour, materials, and costs.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and technical documentation.
The person
We’re looking for someone who is:
* Experienced in metal fabrication, industrial, or construction-related industries
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in V6 quoting and estimating; Oracle experience preferred but not necessary (on-site training is delivered)
* Highly organised with strong planning, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
* A confident communicator who can build effective relationships with internal teams.
* Holder of a current driver’s licence and safety-conscious in line with workplace standards.
