The organisation owns and operates a diverse portfolio of assets Nationally and continues to experience steady growth, supported by a strong development pipeline and excellent staff tenure. Key Responsibilities: Preparation and management of the centre's annual budget in conjunction with the Asset Manager Ongoing financial management, including forecasting, reporting and achievement of income and expenditure targets Identification and implementation of cost control initiatives Establishment and maintenance of strong relationships with retailers, contractors and key stakeholders Active engagement with the local community to enhance the centre's presence and performance Identification and negotiation of casual mall leasing and pop-up opportunities Oversight of day-to-day operations, including maintenance and contractor management Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislative and safety requirements Skills and Experience: Demonstrated experience within a Shopping Centre Management environment Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and forecasting capability Well-developed stakeholder management and relationship-building skills Proven negotiation and conflict resolution abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities This is an opportunity to join a growing organisation and play a key role in the successful delivery and ongoing performance of high-performing retail assets.
