About the Role As a Disability Support Worker with H1 Group, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to clients living in their homes or group homes.
Your support will help clients live more independently and engage with their community.
Key Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) Provide manual handling and medication administration support Support clients with community access and emotional wellbeing Work with individuals displaying Behaviours of Concern Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families Use initiative and demonstrate reliability while on shift What We're Looking For Previous experience supporting clients with disabilities Experience in ADLs, manual handling, and medication administration Current NDIS Worker Screening Check Valid Police Check, First Aid, and CPR certificate Flexibility to work across various sites as needed Why Join H1 Healthcare?
