Hospitality Group Duty
As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will lead and motivate staff, including rostering, training and performance management.
* Oversight of daily venue operations to ensure smooth service and exceptional guest experience;
* Maintenance of compliance with health & safety and relevant legislation;
* Coordination of functions, events and special activities in collaboration with other departments;
* Monitoring of financial performance, including budgets and cost control;
The role requires fluent oral English and Mandarin or Japanese language skills, excellent organisational and leadership skills, outstanding communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, ability to handle stressful situations in a calm, professional manner and exhibit good judgment.
