Excellent remunerationYour new companyOur client is a family-owned business, established in 2005, that offers comprehensive automotive services, including mechanical repairs, auto electrical work, and tyre services. They are known for their exceptional customer service and have won multiple industry awards. Their team provides a one-stop solution for vehicle maintenance, catering to both individual and fleet needs, with a focus on safety and reliability. They also support the local community through various initiatives and projects.Your new roleAs a part of your role, you will be completing a range of duties (but not limited to):Managing the day-to-day operations of the mechanical division, ensuring all services are performed efficiently and to high standards.Leading and supervising a team of mechanics, auto electricians, and support staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.Ensuring excellent customer service, handling customer enquiries and complaints, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.Implementing and monitoring quality control procedures to ensure all mechanical work meets safety and compliance standards.Overseeing the procurement and inventory of parts and supplies, ensuring availability and cost-effectiveness.Ensuring all operations comply with industry regulations and safety standards, including maintaining the status as an authorised Compliance Inspection Station for mining vehicles.Developing and implementing strategies to improve service offerings, expand the business, and increase market share.What you'll need to succeedTrade Qualified - MechanicalMinimum 15 years of experience within your tradeProven leadership and management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong customer service orientationTeam collaboration skills to support team and new employeesSafety-conscious with great attention to detailComputer-literateContactable referencesWhat you'll get in returnIn return, you'll enjoy a full-time role with a welcoming family business in Moranbah.
