About YOUR New Job:
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing financial operations across multiple dealership sites. You'll play a key role in ensuring accuracy in reporting, driving cost efficiencies, and supporting leadership with the insights they need to make informed decisions.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing AP/AR, payroll, general ledger, and reconciliations
* Preparing monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports
* Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
* Ensuring tax compliance and timely lodgements
* Identifying cost-saving opportunities and improving controls
* Collaborating with non-financial stakeholders to guide commercial decisions
About YOU
You're a motivated accounting professional with a passion for accuracy, process improvement, and business partnering. With a solid understanding of dealership operations and financial management, you're ready to step into a broad and rewarding role.
To be successful, you will have:
* A degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline (CA/CPA qualified or working towards)
* 3–5 years of accounting experience, ideally within the automotive industry
* A strong grasp of financial systems and reporting processes
* Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
* A proactive mindset and strong stakeholder communication skills
