Key Responsibilities
The Village Manager plays a crucial role in the successful operation of village facilities.
Primary Duties
* To contribute to the efficient day-to-day running of village operations.
* To lead and develop teams, ensuring effective collaboration and high performance.
* To demonstrate expertise in Health, Safety, Environment (HSE), and Human Resources (HR) legislation, driving a safe working environment.
Main Requirements
* A minimum of four years' experience in a managerial position within hospitality, facility management, or a related industry.
* Prior experience in people management and project coordination is essential.
* Citizenship of Australia or full Australian working rights are required.
* The ability to undergo pre-employment medical assessments, including drug and alcohol testing, and a police check.
* A valid full manual driver's licence for Queensland.
