Procurement Administrator - Temp to Perm - Full Time - Circa $40 p/h
Duties include but not limited to:
- Research and identify potential suppliers, negotiate prices, and establish relationships with vendors.
- Purchase Order Processing.
- Inventory Management
- Ensuring that suppliers are aware of and can comply with the delivery schedules, quality standards, and other requirements set by the manufacturing company.
- Track expenses related to purchasing of raw materials, components, and supplies and ensures that they remain within budgeted levels.
- Maintain records of purchase orders, delivery dates, and invoices for audit purposes.
- Ensure that the raw materials, components, and supplies procured for manufacturing are of high quality and meet the required standards.
- Ensure compliance with relevant procurement policies, procedures, and regulations.
- prepare reports on purchasing activity, inventory levels, and budget performance.
- Identify and resolve any issues that may arise in the procurement process, such as delayed delivery, incorrect orders, or quality issues with materials received.
To be considered for this role:
- Experience using SAP
- 1-2 years purchasing experience within construction/engineering, manufacturing, FMCG
- Be available to start immediately
