About the Role
We are seeking a proactive administrator to join our Service Department. Experience in a service environment will be a distinct advantage, but we will be offering training and support for the successful candidate.
Applicants must hold permanent residency or Australian citizenship to be eligible for this position.

If you answered yes, and you are ready to take on a new challenge, then this is the role for you.
You will be responsible for creating and administering job cards, liaising with our customers, and supporting the Workshop Supervisor.
Key Requirements
* Proactive and focused
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders with a mindset of continuous improvement
* Experience with customer order management or within a service environment is desirable but not essential
* High attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to learn and master new IT platforms
* Experience working in agriculture or construction is desirable but not essential
