What You’ll Do:
* Source, screen, interview and place candidates in blue collar industries
* Reverse market candidates to our clients
* Proactively build talent pools and pipelines
* Conduct candidate care activities for existing candidates and clients
* Maintain accurate records & system compliance
What You’ll Bring:
We’re open to candidates with varying levels of experience. What matters most is your mindset and approach.
* Self-driven with ability to work both independently and in a team
* Ability to manage competing priorities
* Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
* Proactive “roll-up your sleeves” mindset and approach
* Strong ability to build and maintain relationships
* Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role
* Experience in blue-collar or labour hire recruitment is highly regarded
