The Opportunity
We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to join at a co-founder level.
This is a high-ownership, high-upside role designed for someone who wants to build, not just sell.
You will lead revenue generation, partnerships, and client acquisition while helping shape the commercial direction of y.
Compensation Structure
28% Equity until cashflow
This is an equity-first role during the early growth stage. Once the company reaches stable positive cashflow, compensation structure will evolve into salary + performance incentives.
We are looking for a long-term partner, not a short-term hire.
What You'll Do
• Identify and close high-value brand partnerships
• Build and execute outbound lead generation systems
• Run discovery and strategy calls with founders and marketing teams
• Develop strategic partnerships within DTC and e-commerce ecosystems
• Collaborate closely on positioning, pricing, and market expansion
• Contribute to long-term growth strategy
What We're Looking For
• Strong experience in business development or growth sales
• Proven ability to close service-based deals
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Comfortable operating in early-stage ambiguity
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-driven and execution-focused
