* Lead customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and successful project delivery from inception to completion. This includes site inspections, customer meetings, and project handover events.
* Develop and manage an extensive business development program, including the planning and coordination of corporate events and partnerships.
* Implement and maintain effective customer service strategies, providing expert advice and solutions, and guiding the team on tender strategies and key selling points.
* Manage and grow our customer portfolio, including key stakeholders, and develop strategic engagement plans.
* Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities and market developments to identify and capitalize on potential risks and opportunities.
* Represent the organization at trade events and functions to expand our network and brand presence.
* Collaborate with the Bid and Marketing Teams to prepare customer presentations and inform social media outreach.
* Report regularly on strategic progress to senior management.
