Offer description

A bit about the role.
This role sits at the heart of how Fusion Markets attracts and hires talent as we grow. Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, this role will run end-to-end recruitment and help shape how we scale. Working closely with leaders, you'll define roles, bring bar-raisers into Fusion, and deliver a premium experience from first conversation through to onboarding and induction. Recruitment is the main game, with the bonus of dipping into broader People & Culture and employer brand work, making this role ideal for someone who lives and breathes talent attraction but is also keen to expand their people toolkit along the way

A bit about us.
Fusion opened its doors to clients all around the world starting in mid-2019. Last year, we grew revenue and our client growth by triple digits, and we're on pace to do far more than that in 2026, outpacing our competitors who are many years older than us. We are a talented team of young professionals who deliver a range of trading products focused on providing the lowest costs for global clients looking to trade Forex, Cryptos, Stocks, Commodities and more. Every month, our clients trade north of $350 billion on our trading platforms all across the globe. We have big dreams, know-how, and a high bar for the talent we want on the bus with us to get there. But, while finance can be serious stuff, we aren't afraid to have a laugh along the way. Based in South Yarra (Goldfields House) our office offers 6-star amenities like two commercial grade coffee machines, sparkling water taps, end of trip facilitates, pool table and a huge renovation this year to double the amount of space for our rockstar team. At Fusion, we care deeply about our clients, our craft, and the people behind it all

What you will own.

Introduce and embed AI and automation to make recruitment and onboarding more efficient, consistent, and candidate-friendly.

Own employer brand and people communications, including LinkedIn and internal channels, helping tell our story in an authentic way.
Generalist HR
Support Australian visa and immigration processes as needed.
Own employee lifecycle administration through the HRIS, including role changes, promotions, transfers, contracts, and records, keeping things accurate and up to date

Flexible in office hours: Start early, finish early. Simple. We also WFH one day a week, except for Mon & Fri (that's when the magic happens in the office). To help you hit the ground running, new starters join us in the office full-time for the first 90 days.
Quarterly volunteer days: Give back to causes you care about.
We invest in your growth and wellbeing.
Annual health checks at Everlab: Access to a world-class wellness and longevity clinic for in-depth health checks and support.
3 psychology sessions per year on us because your mental health matters.
