Administration Assistant – Full Time (Hybrid WFH)
Lee Civil is seeking a motivated and organised Administration Assistant to support our growing team. This role provides administration and HR support across the business and is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, organisation, and keeping things running smoothly.
Salary:$65,000 – $80,000 + Super (depending on experience)
About the Role
This position focuses on administration and HR support, including workforce documentation, onboarding, reporting, compliance tracking, and general office coordination.
The role offers hybrid work-from-home flexibility, with weekly site visits across various Southeast Queensland Sites.
Key Responsibilities
* Workforce documentation and records management
* Employee onboarding and HR administration
* Compliance tracking and reporting
* General administrative support to the management team
* Assisting with coordination of workforce and operational documentation
* Word processing, reporting and document preparation
* Managing administrative systems including Prestartr and Xero
* Assisting with implementation and use of client systems and software
About You
* Minimum 2 years experiencein an administration role
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Experience using Prestartr or similar IMS software
* Ability to quickly learn client software platforms and systems
* Construction industry experience highly regarded
* Driver's Licence required
* White Card highly regarded
