Employment Type: Permanent Full-time, Part-time and Casual up to 38 hours per week

Remuneration: Per Classification (see below)

Administration Officer Level 3/4/5: $35.83 - $40.82 per hour + 12% Superannuation + Salary Packaging

Medical Records Administrator: $37.06 - $47.95 per hour + 12% Superannuation + Salary Packaging

Location: Campbelltown and Camden Hospitals

Join our team as a Clinical Coder and play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely coding of inpatient episodes of care using ICD-10-AM classification, in line with Australian Coding Standards and SWSLHD policies. Your work will directly contribute to safe, high-quality, and personalised care across our communities by supporting informed decision‑making and vital health funding mechanisms. We're looking for someone who brings strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and organisational skills. * Completion of a recognised ICD-10-AM coding course or relevant Tertiary Qualifications in Health Information Management (with a clinical coding component).
* Could you please tell us about your coding experience and whether you have used the 3M Codefinder software?
* You will be required to meet deadlines in this position. How would you ensure that these deadlines are met?
* What is your understanding of a DRG (Diagnosis Related Group) and how this relates to clinical coding?
* What PAS (Patient administration systems) have you used or are familiar with?
