**Return to Work Advisor - NSW Government**
**A Return to Work Advisor is required by a NSW Government department based in Leichhardt + WFH on a 12-month contract paying up to $45 an hour + Super.**

**Primary Purpose of the Role**: 
The role is responsible for the coordination of injury management services for workers with non-work related injuries & health conditions with the goal of achieving a timely, efficient & sustainable return to work.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Develop, co-ordinate & implement workplace policies, procedures & Recover at Work programs to facilitate the recovery & subsequent return to work of injured employees 
- Maintain regular contact with recovering employees & ensure employees are aware of their legislative entitlements & responsibilities in relation to Recover at Work programs 
- Manage, monitor & report on key performance indicators & regularly review & report on the quality & cost-effectiveness 
- Maintain a Recover at Work database to ensure all relevant documentation relating to an non work related injured employee is up to date, correct & their privacy is maintained
**About You**:
- Demonstrated experience and/or relevant tertiary qualifications in a related discipline 
- Proven understanding & experience in case management practices & principles 
- Demonstrated experience in developing & coordinating recover at work policies, procedures, programs & interventions for managing non-work related injuries 
- Excellent communication & stakeholder engagement skills
