Join our rehabilitation team as an Exercise Physiologist and help deliver high quality, patient centred rehabilitation services across CALHN. You will work with a diverse client group, including people experiencing cancer and other conditions impacting physical function, to support recovery, independence and improved wellbeing.
* Deliver exercise physiology and rehabilitation services
* Support patient goals through tailored interventions
* Work closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
* Promote evidence based and patient centred practice
* Support allied health assistants and student learning
* Contribute to positive rehabilitation outcomes
About You
You are a compassionate and motivated Exercise Physiologist who enjoys supporting people through rehabilitation and delivering evidence based care within a collaborative healthcare environment.
* Accredited Exercise Physiologist with ESSA membership
* Deliver safe rehabilitation and exercise interventions
* Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
* Communicate confidently with clients and carers
