This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established organisation with a history of community service and outreach during a time of transformation.Your new roleAs Project Manager, you will work closely with business stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of a variety of projects. These will include both business-led initiatives and technology projects. You will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and managing all aspects of projects from early concept through to delivery and transition to operation. You will manage budgets, quality and risks while ensuring timely delivery and clear communications with key stakeholders and executives. This role will require someone who can confidently establish strong project governance and navigate an environment with evolving project management practices.What you'll need to succeedExperience managing both business and IT projects with a focus on stakeholder engagement, scope management and successful deliveryStrong understanding of project delivery methodologies, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and stakeholdersExceptional relationship and rapport-building skills and a strong commitment to delivering successful outcomes for the businessConfident communicating across all levels of the business, from operational staff to executives, using clear and concise languageFamiliarity with key IT concepts and practices, including user stories, backlog management, and user acceptance testing (UAT)Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycleComfortable working in environments where project management processes are evolving and can contribute to their improvementWhat you'll get in returnJoin a dynamic and dedicated team where your contributions will make a real difference to the business and the broader community.
