Key Responsibilities:
* Advise on a broad range of corporate transactions, including public and private M&A, private equity, joint ventures, venture capital, and shareholder arrangements.
* Draft and negotiate key transaction documents and provide strategic legal advice to clients across a variety of sectors.
* Collaborate with cross-practice teams to deliver seamless, integrated legal solutions on complex deals.
* Support business development initiatives and contribute to the growth of client relationships.
* Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
The Ideal Candidate:
* 3-7 years’ post-qualification experience in corporate law.
* Strong experience in M&A transactions, with exposure to both private and public deals.
* Excellent academic credentials and a commercial, solutions-focused mindset.
* Strong drafting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
* A collaborative and proactive approach, with a genuine passion for corporate law and client service.
