**ABOUT YOU**
We are looking for someone with;

- Problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for liaising with clients and colleagues;
- Strong IT and interpersonal skills;
- The ability to work under pressure in a close team environment.
**ABOUT THE ROLE**
Key duties of the role are;
- Assisting the SMSF team in all administration duties;
- Preparation of standard letters as directed.
- Managing the SMSF database and workflow spreadsheet
- Setting up trust deeds for SMSF's and conducting title searches
- Dealing with ATO correspondence
- Preparing bulk mail outs as required
- Scanning, collating and assisting in meeting preparation
