We're on the lookout for a positive, driven and detailed focused team player to join our girl Crystal in our Routine Inspections Department. The position is full-time (Monday to Friday). Whether you're experienced in property management or brand new to the industry, we want to hear from you We're more than happy to train the right person.
The Role includes:
* scheduling, auditing and conducting Routine Inspections
* preparing detailed reports
* liaising with tenants and landlords
* supporting our property management team across various tasks
What We're Looking For:
* strong attention to detail
* excellent communication and computer skills
* a team-first attitude
* honesty, reliability, and respect
* ability to multitask and stay organised
* a current Driver's License
