Busy Bees at Byford Central is seeking a dedicated Qualified, WA Registered Early Childhood Teacher to lead and inspire quality early learning outcomes for our children, families, and educators.

Essential Qualifications
* Graduate Diploma/Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or an equivalent qualification as recognised by ACECQA
* Teacher's Registration - Full/Provisional
* First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis
Essential Skills and Attributes
* Deep understanding of the EYLF and NQS to deliver high-quality education programs
* Ability to plan, implement and evaluate educational programs tailored to individual children's needs and interests
* Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with children, families and colleagues
* Skill in observing children's progress, documenting their learning and using this information to guide future planning
* Ability to work effectively with other educators, support staff and families to create an inclusive, responsive, and respectful learning environment
Desirable Skills and Knowledge
* Prior experience in teaching in an early childhood setting
* Commitment to inclusivity and supporting all children to thrive
* Familiarity with the Education and Care Services National Law and National Regulations
* Engagement in ongoing training to stay current with educational trends
* Familiarity with software and technology tools used for child documentation and parent communication
