This role sits in the Strategic Partnerships team, which designs, secures, and manages partnerships that bring differentiated, best-in-market value and offers to our customers. As Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships (Yello for Business), you’ll bring together customer insights, commercial acumen, and integrated marketing to deliver experiences that drive customer engagement, advocacy, and program growth. Partnerships, customer value, and growth Lead end-to-end deals that enhance the Yello for Business value proposition and deliver meaningful value for customers – originate, evaluate, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships, building clear business cases and value narratives. Play an integral role in the partnership portfolio strategy – identify priority categories and partners that strengthen the Yello for Business value proposition and deliver meaningful, tangible value for business customers. Activate partnerships through integrated marketing – work closely with Marketing and partner marketing teams to develop integrated marketing plans and go-to-market strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and results. Structure agreements that unlock value and protect the bank – partner closely with Legal, Risk and Compliance to secure scalable, commercially sound outcomes. Manage relationships and drive partner performance post-launch – unlock additional value opportunities, resolve issues quickly, and optimise offers and activation levers to uplift customer outcomes and program impact. Use data and insights to steer decisions – keep abreast of loyalty trends, monitor performance and translate insights into actions, including portfolio shifts, offer enhancements, and marketing recommendations. Tell a compelling performance story – deliver clear executive updates that connect partner performance to customer value and commercial outcomes, supported by high‑quality materials for senior stakeholders. Keep the voice of the customer at the centre – prioritise partnerships that genuinely help businesses and reflect a deep understanding of the challenges they face. Third‑party lifecycle, governance and delivery (risk execution) Lead end-to-end third‑party lifecycle management – onboarding, due diligence, ongoing monitoring, renewals, and termination – ensuring obligations are met and risks are proactively managed. Operate confidently within third‑party governance frameworks to support compliant execution and operational resilience. Partner with Technology and delivery teams to ensure offers are operationally ready, from configuration and customer experience, to launch, governance, and issue resolution. Orchestrate cross‑functional execution across EBB, Marketing, Legal, Risk, Technology and other stakeholders to land seamless partner offer launches. Help us deliver a better future for Everyday Business Banking What you’ll bring: A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline. Significant experience in partnership management, including leading negotiations and managing commercial relationships end-to-end. Marketing fluency, with a strong grasp of B2B and partnership marketing. Loyalty, rewards, and or customer engagement experience (highly desirable). Strong commercial acumen, with proven success in partnership acquisition and the ability to assess strategic fit, economics and launch trade‑offs, and influence senior stakeholders. Experience developing and reviewing third-party contracts in collaboration with Legal. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels. Meticulous and data‑driven, using performance insights to improve customer outcomes and partner value. The ability to work across multiple business lines and unite stakeholders around a shared vision, and to influence outcomes. A strong risk mindset – proactively identifying, understanding, and acting on current and emerging risks.
