**The opportunity**
We are seeking a talented **Training Administrator and Designer**to support a world class airborne surveillance, communications and battle management system, the E-7A Wedgetail. The role is based in Williamtown.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct the development of training artefacts to support project processes
- Develop innovative, relevant and engaging training solutions
- Evaluate and update training materials in response to feedback and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support training delivery and Training Administration requirements
- Develop and integrate technical components to enhance courseware using various multi-media software
**Experience/Qualifications**
- Demonstrated experience in the analysis, design, development and evaluation of training (highly desirable)
- Strong understanding of the Systems Approach to Defence Learning (SADL) or a Defence Training background (highly desirable)
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in Administration and/or Instructional Design
- Ability to work under limited supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to obtain a NV1 Defence Security Clearance
- Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet Defence security requirements
