You’ll be the organisational backbone of the sales process and will ensure deals run smoothly from listing to settlement. Key Responsibilities Coordinate sales documentation and contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with QLD legislation. Manage listing administration including CMAs, marketing schedules, online listings, brochures, and signage. Support contract‑to‑settlement processes by liaising with solicitors, lenders, buyers, sellers, and inspectors. Maintain CRM data, track enquiries, and support the agent with appointment scheduling and workflow tasks. Assist with office sales operations including trust accounting support, invoicing, reconciliation, and customer service. Basic reception tasks such as greeting visitors when required. Marketing support using Canva.
