**The Company**

**The Opportunity**
This is dynamic, hands-on, end-to-end position, where you will play a critical role in ensuring the operational standards and success of the Village are maintained, as well as the comfort and happiness of their residents.
As Village Management is a niche, experience from other industries will be considered. If you are a residential property manager wanting a change of industry, have strata experience or have even worked as a Manager in a club, RSL or similar - you will be considered.
**The Responsibilities**
- In conjunction with the General Manager oversee the operation of all functions of Village operations.
- Oversee the management of the front office
- Provide accurate and timely operation reports on key areas
- Manage and oversee the effective use of the StarRez resident management system
- Ensure charges and payments are processed against resident accounts
- Plan, organise and oversee the Short Stays program in collaboration with CCV
- Develop, review and manage policies and procedures
- Liaise and coordinate with the Facilities Team
- Work with the Facilities Team to ensure that resident room checks and reports are completed in accordance with Village guidelines and any relevant legislation.
- Work with the Portfolio and General Ledger Accountant
- Manage and supervise the Village budgets and finances
- Assist the General Manager with budget preparation and information.
- Effectively coordinate operational workflow
- Regularly conduct 'walk-throughs' (inspections) of the Village
**Ideal Skills/Experience**
- Previous experience as a Village Manager, Asset/Commercial Property Manager, Strata Manager or Shopping Centre Admin Manager
- Patience and empathy
- Proven financial acumen
- Ability to work autonomously
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
