Job Title:
Facilities Maintenance Specialist is responsible for performing various tasks to ensure facilities are functional and well-maintained.
Responsibilities:
1. Regularly inspect assigned areas and perform maintenance to maintain facilities in good condition.
2. Complete scheduled checklists for building and equipment maintenance.
3. Repair and replace fixtures, hardware, and equipment such as doors, windows, appliances, and office equipment.
4. Identify and report major maintenance issues and recommend corrective actions.
5. Adhere to safety policies and procedures to minimize risks.
6. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
2. Ability to follow safety protocols due to physical demands of the job.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
