This is a hands‐on leadership role suited to someone with solid hospitality and nightlife experience who thrives in a high‐energy environment and can confidently lead teams, manage service standards, and oversee day‐to‐day venue operations.
Responsibilities
* Oversee daily front‐of‐house operations across bar, floor, and service areas;
* Lead and supervise nightclub, entertainment, and event operations;
* Coordinate venue opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and reporting;
* Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise FOH staff;
* Manage staff rosters in line with operational demand and labour budgets;
* Monitor bar stock, ordering, supplier relationships, and stock control processes;
* Ensure compliance with RSA, licensing, health, safety, and venue regulations;
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and customer service;
* Liaise with security teams, management, suppliers, and external stakeholders;
* Handle guest enquiries, complaints, VIP service, and escalations professionally;
* Assist with promotional activities, member engagement, and venue communications;
* Drive operational efficiency, revenue growth, and overall venue performance.
Requirements
* A Diploma or higher qualification in business or another highly relevant field.
* A minimum of 3 years of experience may substitute for the formal qualification.
* Experience in the hospitality and nightlife industry.
Compensation and Employment Details
Salary: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00
